We’ve been providing Washington Courthouse Area Home Inspections since 1994 and have completed over 22,350 inspections. Our inspectors are well-educated and experienced, ensuring they can thoroughly inspect a property and provide the information you need to make informed decisions.
A Standard Home Inspection includes a detailed, computer-generated report covering the home’s major systems, such as heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical systems. It also assesses the roof, attic, insulation, walls, ceilings, floors, windows, doors, foundation, and other visible structural elements.
In addition, we offer services like wood-destroying insect reports, phase construction reports, partial inspections, radon testing, and other environmental assessments.

Along with identifying areas of concern, we also highlight the positive aspects of the home and recommend maintenance to keep it in excellent condition. We encourage you to attend the 2-3 hour home inspection, where you can ask questions and gain valuable insights to help evaluate the property.
